Great for flat feet. With tons of cushioning and arch support they are very good for flat feet, like mine. They prevent the inwards rolling, and foot pain that comes with low arches. They look a bit bulky, but I am willing to sacrifice on looks for comfort anyday.

Love these shoes, they have really helped with my chronic plantar fasciitis problem. Doctors will recommend sketchers, but that is just because they are the most famous, these Avia are just as good for less than half the price.

These shoes look amazing, not like toning shoes at all, they look a bit like trail shoes, which is a lot more my style. It's great to have the advantages of toning shoes, with a much cooler look

Best shoes for walking! They make your back and tummy stronger, and improve your posture big time. I haven't felt the alleged toning effect on my butt, but to be honest, there is a lot of butt to tone, so they might be working and I can't see it yet hahaha.
