Great Shoe. Perfect for walks, light running and aerobic classes. The thick midsole absorbs the shock of high impact activities, making it easier on the joints. You wouldn't guess by looking at them, but they are quite light also, and the mesh allows air to flow to the inside, making them a lot cooler than my other trainers, which are all leather. I thought I would lose support with the mesh, but they actually fit better and don't stretch as much, so they turned out to be more supportive than my old leather ones. I would recommend them, and buy again.

Very good cushioning on the heel and forefoot. Good for running, short distances at least, I wouldn't take them to a marathon though. The lining is nice too, very soft, no irritation, itching or blisters from day one. The only drawback for me is the lack of flexibility, I am used to lower profile shoes, which are a lot more flexible, but I guess you have to trade in flexibility for cushioning.

Surprisingly lightweight still sturdy and cushioned, especially on the heel, which is great for high arches like mine. High arches makes the foot roll outwards and land on the heel a lot harder than normal arches, so the extra cushioning on the heel is more than welcome, very recommendable.

Very comfortable and roomy, the fit is wonderful for wider feet, like mine. Great arch support too, making long walks, and jogs easier on the knees.

Got a pair for teenage daughter, for gym class and aerobics. I decided on these based on the great price, but I have to admit that I thought they were not going to last long. Surprisingly though, for how much she wears them I can say they are very durable, and easy to clean too, washer, drier and good as new.

Nice trainers, good for the gym or even outside. They fit great, true to size as they say, but they feel a little wide, which is not really a problem if you adjust the laces tight enough, but I wouldn't recommend them for narrow feet.
