Very stable yet light, great combination for trail running. I heard Hi-Tec shoes were the best, but I didn't believe it until I tried them. They make a difference, specially on the stability and weather proofing.

There is a reason why there are specific shoes from trail running. I used to wear regular road running shoes for trail, and as a result I got a lot of bruised toes and rolled ankles. Since I got these shoes, running on any terrain is as easy as running on a smooth road or treadmill. Needless to say I would recommend these shoes in a sec.
