Comfortable, light and with good traction. The studs are good and sturdy, I feel they can take a decent share of abuse and not budge. The strap gives good lock down, and there is plenty of padding where it needs be. Only suggestion is that you need to have more colors, to match the uniforms, coz the look is great, just need some color.
