I didn't find these as flexible as other running shoes, boy they more than made up for it with the extra cushioning, at the end of the day if you don't have enough impact absortion in your shoes, the joints will take the shock, and that is not good. I had no clue I needed more cushioning until I tried these shoes, and felt the difference. The colors are good too, you can get them quite dirty before they start showing ;)

Lightweight and flexible, but with enough cushioning to stand long runs. Very good shoes, I would recommend and buy again.

Great runners, cushioned but light. The mesh upper is very light and well ventilated, and the leather srtaps on the sides add some support. I wear them for treadmill running, so far the most I've used them for at one time is 10 miles, and after that my feet felt great, so did my knees and back.
