I needed this and I didn't even know. They have an impact support that make me so comfortable. I always had problems with my feet and back hurting and this shoes are perfect for that. Support and everything is great. I'm very happy.

Keep my feet dry, and I sweat a lot! Sorry, tmi. But these don't even make me hot, they are just perfect. And they are so light, I feel like I'm running faster just because they are not as heavy as my other shoes.
