The Rockport Eagle Woods are durable,
sturdy and cushy, all wrapped into one
great, rugged hiking shoe. This pair of
shoes features: Full grain nubuck and
leather upper is durable, supportive and
comfortable. Reflective details for
increased safety in dark trails. Nylon
lining will keep your foot cool and dry
trough long walks. Padded collar, tongue
and insole for comfort and a snug fit.
Full lace up construction for more
centralized support. Sturdy midsole
with AdiPrene technology is highly
shock-absorbent and cushioning to
protect the heel at impact. Resilient
forefoot cushioning provides dynamic
push-off. External heel counter offers
durable lateral heel stability to help
prevent excessive rear-foot motion.
Rugged rubber outsole provides durable
grip on a variety of surfaces. Flex
grooves for forefoot add flexibility to
the shoe, without sacrificing support or

They do run a size smaller, but the width felt right to me, I order a size bigger than I normally wear and they fit like a glove.

Great shoe, comfortable and lightweight, but tough enough to protect the foot from rocks, roots and the occasional thorn. They only problem is that it seems to run a size too small, so order one size larger than you normally wear. I had to exchange them for a bigger size, I also ordered a wide fit, because they felt a bit narrow also, but since it was all free and quite fast, I'm still very happy!

Amazing outdoor shoes, for hiking or just walking around on the country, they live up to all their promises. I wear them when I go hunting, because they are comfortable enough to wear for long periods of time, and they keep mud and rocks out.
