Very light and supportive. I am an avid runner, always looking for the best shoes, I have tried several brands (including reebok and nike) and I keep coming back to saucony, they have the best fitting shoes, they may not look the coolest, but they are the best. Great cushioning for the joints, good fit all over, very good arch support, breathable and lightweight, in the perfect combination. If you are serious about running and your health, forget the latest fashion, and get shoes that you know are good, that is the best advice I can give you.

Perfect fit! I have flat feet, and have a hard time finding good runners. These seem like they are made for flat feet, with a lot of room at the toebox, and great arch support. I wear them for training in general, not just running, and I find that they have good bounce for aerobic classes also. They are very lightweight too, which is hard to find in combination with good cushioning. This is my first pair of sauconys, and it will not be my last.

Best thing about these shoes is the cushioning and arch support. I normally use orthotics for running, and in these shoes I don't really need them. I find the arch support that they have on their own is enough. The cushioning softens the impacts making it really gently on my joints. I run just for fun, and keeping in shape, but If I had to train for an actual race, these will be my first choice, very recommendable.

I am a saucony fan , in my humble opinion they make the best running shoes. These are specially good if you need wide toe running shoes to accommodate your orthotics, like me. Even though they are wide in front, they narrow towards the heel, making for a perfect fit, with great ankle hold.

These are advertised as walking shoes, for they are great for walking too. I got my first pair at a store that fitted these to me specially for my flat feet. This is my second pair, I decided to take a change getting them online, saving myself the trip and a few bucks too, best decision ever. The shipping was very fast, the shoe colors looked just like the picture, no complaints whatsoever.

I love these shoes, this will be my third pair. The best part is that they need no break in time at all, they fit perfectly right out of the box. You can start running from the first wear, no soreness, no blisters.
