I have tried both the sketchers and the reebok toning shoes, and for me the best are the reebok. Toning shoes help you work your leg and bum muscles, but you do have to use them and walk around in them, or go to the gym in them, they are not magic, if you don't move they don't work. It makes me mad when people complain they don't work when they put them on to sit around the house and watch tv. For me they have worked just fine, just taking the workout up a notch, which was all I was expecting.

Great for walking and good for posture. I give the reebok simplytone shoes 4 out of five stars. I don't give them a 5 because even though they worked a little on my legs and butt I thought they would do a lot more.
