Good traction and great arch support. It's definitively a model for long time runners, since you can put them for a good 25K, easily.

Got a pair for my special lady and she seems to like them a lot, so no complains here! As far as she says, it's the best running shoe she ever had, so I guess that means a 5 stars shoe!
