Since our number one priority is your satisfaction, we offer an outstanding customer service and FREE RETURN or EXCHANGE on all orders.

If you are not happy with your purchase, doesn't matter the reason, we will be happy to accept a return or an exchange at no cost for you.

To return or exchange purchased item(s), the following requirements must be applied:

• You can return your purchase for up to 90 days from the purchase date.

• Products must be in the exact conditions you receive them and in the original box.

• Return shipping has absolutely no cost for you. We will provide you with a pre-paid domestic label to return the purchased item(s).

• All your order's items are allowed to be exchanged once. If you returned your shoes to have them exchanged and you still believe they do not meet your expectations you are welcomed to return them for free and we will issue a full refund on your credit card.

• We do not refund any shipping charges when a shipping method other than the Standard Free Shipping is selected.

To return your purchase, please follow these simple steps:

2. Click the "print return label" button next to the order which contains the item(s) you want to return.

3. Print the Return Label and follow the instructions on it.

4. As soon as we receive the returned item(s) we will fully refund your credit card, or send you the new pair(s) of shoes in case of an exchange.
