If you are not happy with your purchase, doesn't matter the reason, we will be happy to accept a return, no questions asked (please refer to our Return Policy).

In order to return your shoes, you just need to send them to our return facilities:

Please make sure you affix the mailing label on the parcel (shipping) box, NOT on the original shoe box.

RETURN POLICY:

To return purchased item(s), the following requirements must be applied:

• You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date.

• Products must be in the exact conditions you receive them and in their original box.

• You will need to pay for the return postage.

• We do not refund any shipping charges you may incurred while purchasing or returning the product.

• When your product arrives to our facilities, a product specialist will inspect it and determine whether it adheres to our Return Policy. All decisions are final.

• If the product meets our Return Policy, we will refund your credit card (please note that this may take between 2-5 business days after the item(s) are delivered to our Return Center).

• If the product doesn't meet our Return Policy, we will ship the item(s) back to you.

Return for Defective Item(s) and Wrong Delivered Item(s) Policy:

To return a purchased item(s), that is defective or is not the item(s) you ordered, the following requirements must be applied:

• You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date.

• Products must be in the exact conditions you receive them and in their original box.

• Item(s) must be defective or must not match what you have ordered.

• We will send you a domestic pre-paid return label.

• We do not refund any shipping charges you may incurred while purchasing or returning the product.

• When your product arrives to our facilities, a product specialist will inspect it and determine whether it adheres to our Return for Defective Item(s) and Wrong Delivered Item(s) Policy. All decisions are final.

• If the product meets our Return for Defective Item(s) and Wrong Delivered Item(s) Policy, we will send you a replacement or refund your credit card (please note that this may take between 2-5 business days after the item(s) are delivered to our Return Center).

• In case the shoe meets the Return Policy but not the Return for Defective Item(s) and Wrong Delivered Item(s) Policy (if the item is not defective or it matches what you have ordered), we will still accept the return and issue a refund deducting $10.00 for the return label postage.

• In case the shoe doesn't meet the Return Policy neither the Return for Defective Item(s) and Wrong Delivered Item(s) Policy we will ship the shoes back to you.

Disclaimer: We do not consider sizing issues to be a defect. Before finalizing your order, feel free to contact BuyAndWalk.com Customer Service if you need help selecting an appropriate size, or if there are any questions we may help address. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to select the proper size needed. In the event that the product does not fit, we do not offer free shipping on returns nor do we reimburse return shipping expenses.
